Ancient cultures understood the importance of attuning ourselves to and living in harmony with nature. Our capacity to adjust internally to external changes is crucial to maintaining health, and is greatly influenced by our dietary choices and cooking methods. In this class, we will be learning how to fine-tune our alignment with the seasons through the lens of Chinese medicine, adjust how we cook, and become more aware of what and how we eat throughout the year.
And yes, we will prepare food to enjoy together!
Come learn, enjoy, and connect!
