On June 14, come and enjoy nourishing, herbal infusions! Herbal infusions are packed with minerals and nutrients that support our body, mind, and spirit! This workshop will introduce you to oatstraw, nettle, burdock, dandelion, and red clover. You will meet, greet, and experience the plants, learn how to prepare infusions at home as well as acquire knowledge about their properties, uses, and more! This is an introductory course for individuals who are drawn to local plants and their medicinal qualities, those attracted to folk herbalism, and/or people who wish to feel empowered with how to nourish themselves and their loved ones.

Space is limited! Register here.
Open to all ages. Attendees must be able to sit quietly and peacefully for approximately 10 minute intervals as we will be engaging in short, guided journeys/meditations.
Masks are encouraged especially if you are immunocompromised or not vaccinated.

More information on August 2 Herbal Tincture session is available here.

Kali Tomasi grew up gamboling in the fields and woods behind her house in rural New York. It was among the trees, plants, and other wildlife that she felt connected and full of wonder. She began her formal education in herbalism in 2013 at the Gaia School of Healing and Earth Education where she completed a two-year apprenticeship focusing on Sacred-Plant Medicine and Foundational Herbalism. She uses her herbal knowledge and experience to support herself, family, and friends and is passionate about improving the communication and interconnection between humans and our beloved Earth. She is a student of Reiki and Healing Touch as well as a certified MA educator. Kali is also co-founder of Grow Wild Association, a small, local ministry that focuses on nature connection for youth and adults.
